Q: I reserved the gallery from 1pm-5pm. When can I start setting up?
A: 1pm. Any decor, set up & tear down must happen within your gallery reservation.
Q: Can we bring candles?
A: Flameless only, thank you!
Q: Can we hang decorations on the walls?
A: You may as long as you use damage-free hanging command strips and at the end of your rental, nothing needs to be repaired, patched up or re-painted.
Q: I'd love to use the gallery for an upcoming meeting/event/shower! How do I book?
A: Get in touch with us! We'll get back to you asap on availability. We ask for a 25% deposit + a signed rental agreement to book a date.
Q: Can we have live music?
A: We ask for acoustic music only as we have hotel guests upstairs + all live music to end before 8pm.
Q: I'd like to bring in tablecloths for the tables in the back room. How big are they?
A: 28" by 48"
Q: How many people can we fit in the gallery?
A: for your comfort (and by law), the max is 35.
Q: Can we bring in our own food & drinks (like maybe even mimosas)?
A: Of course! As added convenience, we also offer the following catering options.
Q: Do you provide plates, glasses and utensils if we bring our own food/drink?
A. We don't, only when catering is ordered from our cafe.
Q: Can you provide water?
A: We'd be happy to!
